Thank you for shopping with LoveMart Co. We work to offer competitive pricing on adult wellness products while maintaining discreet, reliable, and policy-compliant service. This Price Match Policy explains when LoveMart Co. may review a price match request, what types of retailers and offers are eligible, what is excluded, and how approved price matches are handled.

Price match requests are reviewed before purchase only. Price match approval is not guaranteed.

1. Overview

LoveMart Co. may review price match requests for eligible U.S.-based adult wellness retailers when the item is identical, in stock, publicly available, verifiable, and financially feasible after shipping, handling, and required fees are considered. Price matching is offered as a courtesy and is subject to LoveMart Co.'s review and approval. LoveMart Co. may approve, deny, limit, or request more information for any price match request.

2. How to Request a Price Match

The LoveMart Co. product link
The competitor product link
The competitor's advertised price
The competitor's shipping cost, handling cost, or required fees, if shown
The product brand, name, model, SKU, UPC, size, color, scent, flavor, material, quantity, or variation, if available
A screenshot of the competitor listing, if available
Your name and email address

LoveMart Co. must be able to verify the competitor's price, item availability, item details, and checkout costs at the time of review. Screenshots may help support a request, but screenshots alone are not enough if LoveMart Co. cannot verify the offer directly.

3. Pre-Purchase Requests Only

Price match requests must be submitted before placing an order. LoveMart Co. does not guarantee post-purchase price adjustments, retroactive refunds, retroactive credits, or reimbursement for price differences after an order has been placed. Once an order is placed, the order is subject to LoveMart Co.'s Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Cancellation / Order Change Policy.

4. Eligible Price Match Requirements

To be considered for a price match, the request must meet all of the following requirements:

The competitor must be an eligible retailer
The product must be identical to the LoveMart Co. product
The product must be the same brand, model, SKU, UPC, size, color, scent, flavor, material, quantity, bundle configuration, or variation, where applicable
The product must be new
The product must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor at the time of review
The competitor price must be publicly advertised and available to the general public
The competitor must be able to ship the item to the customer's location
The competitor's total price must be verifiable by LoveMart Co.
The request must be financially, operationally, legally, and commercially feasible for LoveMart Co.

LoveMart Co. may deny a request if any product detail, listing detail, availability detail, seller detail, or checkout cost cannot be verified.

5. Total Price Comparison

LoveMart Co. compares the competitor's total customer cost before taxes. The comparison may include:

Competitor product price
Shipping charges
Handling charges
Required checkout fees
Required service fees
Any other required cost needed to purchase and receive the item

Taxes are excluded from the price match comparison because tax amounts may vary by location, tax rules, platform settings, and customer circumstances. Because LoveMart Co. offers free standard shipping on eligible lower-48 U.S. orders, competitor shipping charges and required fees are considered when reviewing a price match request.

6. Eligible Retailers

Eligible retailers generally include established U.S.-based adult wellness retailers that sell new, authentic products directly to consumers through their own retail websites. An eligible retailer should generally:

Be based in the United States
Sell adult wellness products or related intimate goods as a retail business
Sell the product directly, not through a third-party marketplace listing
Have a clear, verifiable product listing
Show public pricing available to regular customers
Have the item in stock and available for shipment
Appear to be a reputable seller of new, authentic merchandise

LoveMart Co. decides whether a retailer is eligible for price match review.

7. Retailers, Sellers, and Sources We Do Not Price Match

LoveMart Co. does not price match every retailer, seller, marketplace, or website. LoveMart Co. does not price match:

Amazon, Amazon Marketplace, or Amazon sellers
Amazon listings sold by a brand or manufacturer, unless LoveMart Co. approves the request at its discretion
Walmart Marketplace
eBay
Etsy
Temu
AliExpress
TikTok Shop
Facebook Marketplace
Craigslist
Auction sites
Peer-to-peer resale sites
Liquidation sites
Wholesale sites
Third-party marketplace sellers
Unauthorized sellers
Gray-market sellers
International sellers
Sellers with unclear product authenticity or unclear business identity
Websites that appear fraudulent, unreliable, or inconsistent with LoveMart Co.'s policies

LoveMart Co. may also deny price match requests for retailers, sellers, or listings that present counterfeit risk, product-safety concerns, unclear fulfillment practices, unusual pricing behavior, or other concerns.

8. Manufacturer and Brand-Direct Websites

LoveMart Co. does not automatically price match manufacturer, product-maker, or brand-direct websites. Manufacturer-direct pricing may involve direct-to-consumer promotions, MAP exceptions, brand-specific discounts, exclusive bundles, special warranty terms, subscription pricing, limited-time offers, or cost structures that LoveMart Co. cannot always match. LoveMart Co. may review manufacturer-direct or brand-direct prices at its discretion only when financially, operationally, legally, and commercially feasible. Approval is not guaranteed.

9. Excluded Offers and Price Types

LoveMart Co. does not price match offers that are not regular, publicly available retail prices. Excluded offers include:

Coupons, promo codes, newsletter discounts, or welcome offers
Loyalty offers, reward points, or membership-only pricing
Subscription pricing or auto-ship discounts
App-only, email-only, or text-message-only offers
Personalized, account-specific, referral, or affiliate-exclusive offers
Rebates or mail-in rebates
Gift card offers or free gift offers
Buy-one-get-one, bundle, multi-buy, or quantity discount offers
Wholesale pricing or employee discounts
Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business pricing
Flash sales, daily deals, or doorbusters
Holiday event pricing, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar limited-event pricing
Pricing errors, typographical errors, or technical errors
Out-of-stock prices or backordered items
Pre-owned, used, open-box, refurbished, damaged-box, returned, or sample items
Final-sale items or prices that require unusual purchase conditions

LoveMart Co. may determine whether an offer is excluded.

10. No Coupon Stacking

Approved price match discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, promotional codes, newsletter or welcome offers, loyalty rewards, automatic discounts, sale offers, promotional credits, gift card promotions, or any other price reduction unless LoveMart Co. expressly approves otherwise in writing.

Customers may choose to use either:

The approved price match discount code; or
Another available LoveMart Co. discount, coupon, promotion, or offer

Customers may not use both on the same item or order unless LoveMart Co. expressly approves otherwise in writing.

11. Approved Price Matches Are Issued by Discount Code Only

If LoveMart Co. approves a price match request, the approved match will be provided as a one-time discount code. Price match discount codes are:

Issued before purchase only
Single-use
Non-transferable
Valid only for the approved customer
Valid only for the approved product
Valid only for the approved quantity
Valid only for the approved order
Not redeemable for cash
Not valid on prior purchases
Not valid after expiration
Not combinable with other discounts unless LoveMart Co. expressly approves otherwise in writing

LoveMart Co. does not provide price matches by retroactive refund after checkout unless LoveMart Co. expressly chooses to do so as an exception.

12. Approval Expiration

Approved price match discount codes expire within 24 hours unless LoveMart Co. states otherwise in writing. A price match approval may expire sooner if:

The competitor price changes
The competitor item becomes unavailable
The LoveMart Co. item becomes unavailable
The LoveMart Co. item price changes
The competitor listing changes
The competitor shipping cost or required fees change
The competitor offer can no longer be verified
The request no longer meets this policy

Expired price match approvals will not be reissued automatically.

13. Quantity Limits

Price matches are limited to one identical item per customer, per order, unless LoveMart Co. approves otherwise in writing. LoveMart Co. may limit price matches by customer, household, address, account, email address, payment method, product, order, or time period. Price matching is not intended for bulk purchasing, resale, arbitrage, commercial purchasing, or abuse of promotional pricing.

14. MAP, Supplier, Manufacturer, Platform, and Payment Restrictions

Some products may be subject to manufacturer pricing policies, supplier restrictions, MAP policies, promotional limitations, platform rules, payment processor rules, carrier rules, or brand requirements. LoveMart Co. may deny a price match request if approving the request could violate or risk violating:

Manufacturer pricing policies or MAP requirements
Supplier, distributor, or brand restrictions
Platform or payment processor rules
Advertising or legal/compliance requirements
LoveMart Co. policies, operational, or fulfillment limitations

LoveMart Co. does not guarantee that every lower advertised price can or will be matched.

15. Financial and Operational Feasibility

LoveMart Co. reserves the right to deny any price match request that is not financially, operationally, legally, or commercially feasible. A request may be denied because of:

Low or negative margin, or a competitor selling below cost
Competitor shipping or fee structure
Manufacturer-direct or marketplace pricing
Supplier cost changes, inventory limitations, or fulfillment limitations
Unusually heavy, oversized, restricted, or costly-to-ship products
Promotional abuse concerns or fraud concerns
Price verification or product authenticity concerns
Business or compliance concerns

LoveMart Co.'s decision on price match eligibility is final.

16. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

LoveMart Co. may deny, limit, cancel, or refuse price match requests, discount codes, orders, or future price match eligibility if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, inaccurate information, altered screenshots, misleading claims, repeated excessive requests, resale activity, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or other suspicious conduct. LoveMart Co. may also cancel or refuse orders placed using a price match discount code if the code was obtained or used in violation of this policy.

17. Relationship to Other LoveMart Co. Policies

This Price Match Policy works together with LoveMart Co.'s other customer-facing policies, including:

Terms of Service
Shipping Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation / Order Change Policy
Contact / Customer Support Policy
Privacy Policy

If a price match request results in an order, that order remains subject to all applicable LoveMart Co. policies. A price match approval does not change LoveMart Co.'s shipping rules, cancellation rules, return rules, final-sale rules, claim deadlines, address-change rules, or product-use disclaimers.

18. Policy Changes

LoveMart Co. may update, suspend, limit, or end this Price Match Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of the price match request will generally apply to that request unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by LoveMart Co.
