11. Order Placement Is Not Automatic Acceptance

An order is not fully accepted until LoveMart Co. confirms, processes, or submits the order for fulfillment. 12. Quantity Limits and Purchase Restrictions

LoveMart Co. reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, business, account, payment method, or order to prevent fraud, resale abuse, inventory depletion, payment risk, supplier issues, or policy violations.

13. Payment and Fraud Review

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. LoveMart Co. may use Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, banks, card networks, and other service providers to process payments and review transactions. LoveMart Co. may delay, refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we identify or suspect payment failure, fraud risk, chargeback risk, unauthorized payment use, false information, or policy abuse.

14. Supplier Fulfillment and Third-Party Fulfillment Partners

LoveMart Co. may fulfill orders through third-party suppliers, distributors, warehouses, shipping providers, or fulfillment partners. Your order may ship directly from a supplier or fulfillment partner, ship in multiple packages, arrive in separate shipments, or use a carrier selected by the fulfillment partner. LoveMart Co. works to support a reliable order experience, but we do not control every action of suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, warehouses, or other third-party fulfillment partners.

15. Shipping

LoveMart Co.'s shipping practices are governed by our Shipping Policy. Current shipping rules include: ships to eligible addresses in the lower 48 United States only; no Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or international addresses; free standard shipping on eligible lower-48 U.S. orders; most orders process within 1–2 business days; processing time is separate from carrier transit time; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; customers are responsible for entering accurate addresses and monitoring tracking until delivery; packages marked delivered are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

16. Cancellations and Order Changes

LoveMart Co.'s cancellation and order-change rules are governed by our Cancellation / Order Change Policy. Contact support immediately if a cancellation or change is needed. LoveMart Co. may attempt cancellation only before supplier or fulfillment submission. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier or fulfillment partner, it cannot be canceled. Shipping address changes and product/quantity changes are not guaranteed.

17. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Items

LoveMart Co.'s return and refund rules are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because LoveMart Co. sells adult wellness products, intimate goods, lingerie, personal care items, and other hygiene-sensitive merchandise, all sales are final except for approved claims involving damaged shipments, wrong items, missing items, or verified defective products. No buyer's-remorse returns; no unopened-item returns; no exchanges. Damaged shipment, wrong item, and missing item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery; defective product claims must be reported within 14 calendar days after delivery.

18. Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranties

LoveMart Co. reviews eligible defective product claims reported within 14 calendar days after delivery. After that period, defective-product issues may need to be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process, if available. Manufacturer warranty decisions, timelines, requirements, and remedies are controlled by the manufacturer.

19. Product Use Responsibility

You are responsible for using products safely, lawfully, and as intended. Before using any product, you should read all manufacturer instructions, warnings, materials, ingredients, cleaning directions, compatibility information, charging instructions, battery guidance, and product-specific safety information. You should stop using any product that causes discomfort, irritation, damage, malfunction, or concern. If you have medical, health, allergy, pregnancy, injury, medication, sensitivity, sexual-health, or safety questions, consult a qualified professional before purchasing or using any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveMart Co. and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, purchase or use of products, product misuse, failure to follow product instructions, allergic reactions or sensitivities, inaccurate customer-provided information, shipping delays, carrier delays, packages marked delivered, stolen packages, third-party services, payment processor actions, or policy violations. LoveMart Co.'s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
